Homemade holiday gifts are sure to warm hearts. And, now you can label your gifts with love with these homemade gift tags. They're economical, add a nice personal touch and offer a fun activity for the kids.
Here are five unique holiday designs and a few tips:
- Print the tags onto adhesive-backed paper (you can find it at office-supply stores). Cut along the dotted lines, and stick on presents.
- Or print them out on regular paper, then punch a hole in the center of the tag to attach a string or ribbon.
- Before you cut the tags out, let the kids get creative with crayons, markers, glitter…you name it!
- Have even younger children address the tags themselves. It gives them a great way to practice letters, and a gift tag with adorable little-kid handwriting on it will make a nice keepsake for whoever receives it.
