WHAT YOU NEED
1 box of WONKA® SWEETARTS®
1 empty paper towel tube
2 sheets of 8 ½ x 11-inch purple construction paper
Clear tape or glue
Blue and green ribbon (approximately 8 feet of each)
4- to 9-inch Styrofoam square (centerpiece base)
HOW TO DO IT
To make a hole for the paper towel tube to stand securely, gently push the paper towel tube into the Styrofoam base. Then remove the paper towel tube and eliminate any Styrofoam debris.
Trace one end of the paper towel tube onto a piece of construction paper. Cut that hole out of the paper.
Cover the Styrofoam base with the purple piece of construction paper, lining both of the holes up perfectly. Set Styrofoam base aside for later use.
Cover an empty paper towel roll with purple construction paper. Secure it with clear tape or glue.
Decorate the roll with flowers made from WONKA® SWEETARTS® candy.
Cut several green and blue ribbons, 15 inches in length.
Alternating blue and green, tape them to the top inside of the paper towel roll.
Place the decorated tube into the base that was set aside.
Use your craft as a centerpiece for spring!
