Has anyone used felt in their crafts before? My son is in a school play, and I want to know if his costume will hold up if I use felt and glue.

I've used felt for costumes before and they held fine. I usually sew the pieces together, but I have found that hot glue also works. You can find inexpensive felt in the fabric section at Walmart. Best of luck.

I would certainly caution you against going with just glue. I have tried several times in the past and had pieces fall off. (This was with using a hot glue gun and the felt.) Put in a couple of stitches just to keep things together. I also tried velcro dots on some pieces no luck, that adhesive didn't stick long enough either.
