How to Enter: Visit Nestlefamily.com/backtoschool between 12:00 a.m. ET on 7/15/09 and 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/14/09 and follow the on-screen instructions. There will be ninety-two (92) Daily Sweepstakes and one (1) Grand Prize Drawing. A "day" is defined as twenty-four (24) hours, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET. All entrants must have a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address, per day, regardless of whether more than one person uses the same email address. In case of dispute as to the identity of the winner who enters, entry will be declared made by the registered user (meeting eligibility criteria) of the email account and, if a prize is won, it will be awarded to that registered user.

Entrants will receive an entry into the Grand Prize Drawing for each Daily Sweepstakes entry submitted (up to a maximum of 92 entries). Prize details and drawing information below.

Daily Sweepstakes Prizes/Drawing: There will be a total of ninety-two (92) prizes awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) Mead® Five Star® Messenger Bag filled with Mead products (products to be selected by Sponsor). (Approximate Retail Value "ARV" $66.68.) Limit one prize per person, per email address. Non-winning Daily Sweepstakes entries will NOT be carried over to the next Daily Sweepstakes drawing.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about 7 days after each Daily Sweepstakes has ended. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Please allow approximately 6 – 8 weeks for shipment of Daily Prize. Prize will be mailed to the address provided during registration.

Grand Prize/Drawing: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $5,000 in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize winner. In addition, Nestlé Community Affairs will directly donate a $2,000 Nestlé Educational Foundation School Grant ("Grant") to the Grand Prize winner's choice of a public or private educational institution, Kindergarten through Grade 12 with a verified tax status as a 501(c)(3) organization as defined under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or considered government instrumentalities that are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions from individuals under Section 170(c)1 of the Internal Revenue Code (the School). (ARV $5,000. ARV does not include Grant.) The School is subject to Sponsor's approval and the Grant will be made payable to the School directly by Nestlé Community Affairs, and is not tax deductible by the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will not be responsible for taxes associated with the Grant, but will be responsible for any federal, state and local taxes associated with the $5000 cash prize. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not select an eligible School, Nestlé Community Affairs reserves the right to donate the Grant to a School of its choice. Total ARV of all prizes is $11,134.56. Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about 10/29/09. Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by mail at the address provided during registration. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign a Winner's Agreement and Release and return it by date specified or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another winner may be selected.

General Information: No cash substitutions will be permitted and prizes are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are awarded as is. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties with regard to any prize. Return of any prize or notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final. By submitting an entry, a winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, likeness and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting on this Web site), except where prohibited.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older, except employees and the families of Nestlé USA, Inc., MeadWestvaco Corporation and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies. Nestlé USA, Inc., MeadWestvaco Corporation and their respective affiliated companies, representatives, agents or employees are not responsible for, and shall be indemnified by the prizewinner against, any claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, use, misuse, possession or loss of the prize. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Other Conditions: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures of any kind, delayed computer transmissions, or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes, in its entirety or in part should virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this Sweepstakes at any time and award the prize from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the withdrawal. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Web site, to be acting in violation of the Rules or any laws, or to be attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, misappropriation, infringement, or any other unfair playing practices or poor sportsmanship, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
